I have been a medical secretary for the past 17 years.  For nine years I worked as a medical secretary in London, at The Wellington Hospital, the UK's largest private hospital, and also previously at both Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and Hammersmith and Fulham NHS PCT. 

 

For the past 11 years, whilst simultaneously being employed for some of the time, I have been registered as self-employed, working as a private medical secretary, transcriptionist and Spanish and Portuguese language translator from my home office. I have successfully worked with a good number of UK-based consultants, surgeons and clinicians, as well as providing medical transcription services for UK-based transcription companies. I can provide high-quality references regarding my work.
